Development Agency Split (Razvojna agencija Split – RaST d.o.o.) is a local development agency and entrepreneurial support institution which operates in the City of Split area.

RaST’s most important activities include providing support for the development of local entrepreneurship and encouraging innovation through the management of the Technology Park Split and the Entrepreneurial Center RaST+, providing advisory and technical assistance to City of Split administration in the preparation of strategic projects and projects (co)financed with EU funds, as well as to other city institutions and companies in the process of project preparation and implementation, also having a key role in coordination of development of strategic documents of the City of Split.

Mission

  • With education, consulting and networking to build capacities for growth and development of all relevant stakeholders within local community, with emphasis on encouraging, supporting and promoting entrepreneurial spirit and innovation
  • To be the catalyst and coordinator of development projects in the City of Split funded by European Union
  • In cooperation with public institutions, SMEs and all stakeholders significant for local development, to plan, create and implement socially responsible and ecologically sustainable projects
  • To coordinate development and implementation of the “Development Strategy of the City of Split until 2030”
